Your job

The scope of the position is to be a project coordinator to support microbio activities.

Equipment:

  • To support technicians for “basic” intervention: define immediate actions, contact technical service / vendor and follow interventions
  • To manage deviation in link with equipment
  • To evaluate 10 years plan

Quality: To give support to team leader to manage deviation, CC, action items, …

New EM & Microbio laboratory:

  • To be the point of contact between the project leader and the users;
  • To prepare all documentation needed: URB, …;
  • To evaluate the needs in term of new equipment, …;
  • To participate / to lead some workshops to put in place the flows (people, sample, waste, ….);

Digitalization & innovation: to give support to the scientist (benchmark, …)

Projects: To give support to project leader and team leader

Mission responsibilities

Support day to day activities in the QC lab; 

Answer to all questions/requests from projects;

Participate and or lead some workstreams to ensure integration of future QC lab and write/ensure that all documentation needed for the relocation of the QC lab is available:

  • URB / URS;
  • List of equipment with specifications;
  • Definition of samples flows for release, stability and raw material samples (internal and external) including storage;
  • Definition of personal flows;
  • Definition of waste and material flows;

Prepare and manage the project for the purchase of new equipment:

  • Contact with the users, suppliers and purchasing department;
  • Project management;
  • Follow-up with department involved in installation and qualification: IT, Qualif/valid, ...
  • Respect of planning;
  • Presentation;
  • ...

The QC project coordinator & support will report to the Head of QC microbio lab & EM. He/she will work in close collaboration with Team leaders, scientist and technicians of the laboratory. 

Your profile

  • Master’s degree required in analytical sciences: chemistry, biochemistry, biology or equivalent;
  • Proven project leadership skills including planning, monitoring, issue resolution, decision making and reporting;
  • Expertise in lab relocation;
  • Expertise in the pharmaceutical analysis (biological/microbiological);
  • Experience in GMP;
